General Wing Chun Class
The General Wing Chun Class is designed to suit all gender, age group and physical build. Unlike other martial art, Wing Chun principles are based on human dynamic and ergonomics, all the movements are natural and reflexive. Students will learn to feel and control their own strength as well as manipulating opponents’ force in combat situation.
Ladies’ Self-Defense & Work Out Class
The Ladies’ Class is different than the General Wing Chun class; this class is mainly aimed to improve physical fitness and tone, as well as to learn the simple and practical Wing Chun techniques and principles for self-defense, and be able to take on opponent with bigger size and strength.
Children would learn basic self-defense techniques from instructors through safe and interesting directions, children would develop confident while improve physical strength. Besides developing a healthy physique, this class is also designed to teach children proper manner and tolerance, cultivate their team spirit, and develop optimistic, positive and outgoing attitude.
Parents and children will learn Wing Chun together; families will share a common interest through learning, and improve overall physical wellness and harmonious atmosphere.
Private Group Class
This group class is designed for a group of friends from school or work, through learning and practicing Wing Chun, the group would improve on physical wellness and strengthen their friendship and communication, thus improve academic and work performance.
This intensive class is aimed to improve student’s understanding and ability to practice Wing Chun in a short period of time. Instructor will teach and practice with student on a one-on-one basis, student will learn the correct principles and techniques to feel and manipulate the soft and vigorous strength.
