為確保鄭北系詠春拳術得以正統傳承，本會定制出一套考核制度以確定各學員之體能及技術達到本會要求之水平。考核時間一般為每三個月至每年一次不等，視乎級數而定。考試並非強制性，學員們可按自身能力報名參與考試繼而晉陞至下一級別，有能力及自信者亦可嘗試報名參與跳級試加快學習進度。每完成一個主要級別，將獲本會頒發証書以確認該學員之能力。
To ensure Master Cheng Bi’s style of Wing Chun is passed down in its orthodox form, we have devised an examination system to assess whether the physical abilities and techniques of each student meet our standards. Examinations are generally held once every three months, however the period between examinations may extend to over a year depending on the level of the student. Examinations are not mandatory, and students may choose whether to participate based on his or her own abilities to proceed to the next level. Those who are confident of their abilities may also attempt the examination of a level higher than his or her current level to speed up his or her progress. For each major level that the student successfully passes, we will issue a certificate in recognition of the student’s abilities.
完成並通過高級考核試後，可申請充當本拳會助教，由陸志靈師父考核對手法及拳理之了解程度。如經陸志靈師父認可，可充當初級及中級班之助教。
Upon successful completion of Advance Level examinations, students may apply to become one of our assistant teachers. Applicants will be tested by Master Luk Chi Ling on his or her techniques and understanding of the art. Applicants may be approved by Master Luk Chi Ling to become an assistant teacher for either junior or intermediate classes.
當學員們完成整套鄭北系詠春拳術後，可申請並經陸志靈師父同意允許下以本派名義開班或開辦分館授徒。
Once a student has mastered the entire Cheng Bi-style system of Wing Chun, he or she can apply to Master Luk Chi Ling to obtain permission to hold classes or open a branch school in our name.

學員需理解及熟練小念頭中所有動作及基本詠春拳手法
Master all the Basic hand techniques & stances in Siu Lim Tau.
中級
Intermediate Level
第 5 – 7 級 Level 5 – 7
學員需理解及熟練尋橋中所有手法,步法及腳法
Master all the hand techniques, stances & footworks in Chum Kiu.
高級
Advance Level
第 8 級 Level 8
學員需理解及熟練標指中所有手法及步法
Master all the hand techniques, stances & footworks in Biu Ji.
木人樁級
Wooden Dummy Level
第 9 級 Level 9
學員需理解及熟練全七節詠春木人樁法
Master all 7 sections of Wing Chun Wooden Dummy form.
兵器級
Weapons Level
第 10 級 Level 10
學員需理解及熟練詠春拳之長兵器–六點半棍法及短兵器–八斬刀法
Master Wing Chun Weaponry – Long pole (Luk Dim Boon Gwan) & Double Sword (Baat Jaam Do).
*(注1) 在未完成整套鄭北系詠春拳學前，及未得陸志靈師父同意下，不得利用陸志靈師父或陸志靈詠春武術學會之名義開班，開館或收生授徒。如有上述情形，本拳會將不會承認其資格，一切言行及活動均與陸志靈師父本人及本拳會無關。
*(Note 1): Students are prohibited from using our or Master Luk Chi Ling’s name to hold classes or to open schools to teach Wing Chun unless the student has mastered the entire Cheng Bi-style system and has the permission of Master Luk Chi Ling to do so. In the event of any unauthorized classes being taught or schools being opened, we will not recognize, and shall not be associated with, such activities.
*(注2) 陸志靈詠春拳術會不容許以所學之拳術在外毆鬥生事，如有上述情形，會籍將被立刻取消，其個人行為均與本拳會無關，本拳會不會為其言行負任何責任。
*(Note 2): We will not tolerate the use of the arts taught at our school for any improper purposes including but not limited to the provocation of violence. Should you engage in any such conduct, your membership with our school will be immediately revoked and we shall not be associated with, nor be responsible for, said conduct.
